£250 up-front on acceptance of your claim
Terms and Conditions
£250 will be paid to you by cheque on account of your damages if your claim satisfies the following conditions:
- Your claim for personal injuries is assessed by us as worth more than £1000
- Your damages on final settlement will be payable by an identifiable Insurance Company.
- You continue to instruct us in your case until conclusion of the claim either by settlement or by Court decision.
This offer is not available for accidents which occur as a result of trips or falls on the public highway.
The sum of £250 will be paid to you by cheque and will be deducted by us from your damages on final settlement. Such sum will be paid to you after the following events:
- Your case has been accepted by us.
- You have signed and returned to us all of our documentation to enable us to put in place our retainer with you.
- These steps (provided that you co-operate with us) should take no more than 21 days from the date we receive your initial instructions.
We will only ever seek to reclaim from you the sum of £250:
- If you fail to co-operate with us or are in breach of the terms and conditions of acting.
- If you determine our retainer and instruct another firm of solicitors to take over the case from us.
- £250 will be deducted from your damages when we settle your case.
